From the Principal

Next week is the final week of Term Two. Next Friday (July 4th) is the final day of Term. School will finish at 2:30pm with assembly at 2:10, weather permitting.

This year student reports will be available via compass. We aim to have them accessible for families mid next week. Hard copies will only be printed if parents directly request one. Hopefully you will have noticed that permission forms have also been moved to compass to streamline the approval process. Please contact the office if you need any assistance with Compass.

From the Office

Student Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedures

To help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students, we kindly ask that families follow the correct procedures when arriving late or picking up children during the school day.

If your child is arriving late or leaving early for an appointment, please:
  • Log an attendance note on Compass.
  • Visit the school office upon arrival.
  • Have your child signed in or out by the office staff.

These steps are essential for student safety. In the event of an emergency or marking the roll, it is vital that we can accurately account for every student’s whereabouts.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

School Savings Bonus (SSB)

On Tuesday, Sandra sent an email to those who have not yet logged into the School Savings Bonus (SSB) portal to allocate their funds.

Please note that any remaining funds in the SSB portal—including online voucher amounts that have not been redeemed by 30th June will automatically become a credit for use on school activities. However, this credit will not be available on your family account at our school until late July.

If you haven’t allocated your funds yet, please log in to the portal as soon as possible at:

https://www.schoolsavingbonus.vic.gov.au/s/

Unexplained Absences

Letters have been sent to families regarding unexplained student absences. If your child is away from school, please remember to log an attendance note on Compass as soon as possible.
